- Product features may change without advance notice.
Import Responsibility
- Import issues and licenses are the customer`s responsibility.
- We will not cover import-related costs or provide refunds for such matters.
Warranty and Refunds
- Warranty covers product and manufacturing defects only.
- Credit card refunds incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse charges or sales for any reason, even if an order is placed.
Shipping
- Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination, starting at a minimum of $39 per shipment.
- Prices exclude TAX, VAT, and other local charges.
- We use FedEx or UPS for all shipments.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Damaged/used products will not be accepted.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs are the customer`s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed after inspection, with return shipping costs deducted.

Warranty
